Testing, Deployment & Quality Conduct testing using UiPath Test Suite or equivalent tools. Maintain proper version control and follow deployment best practices. Conduct peer code reviews to validate alignment with established development standards Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage closely with analysts, financial SMEs, and ERP stakeholders to align functional needs with automation architecture. Communicate blockers, surface risks, and contribute to sprint goals with minimal oversight. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise or federal financial systems. 2+ years hands-on experience supporting UiPath RPA initiatives (documentation, analysis, PDDs). Proven expertise with Oracle EBS Financials (R12+)-particularly GL, AP, AR, PO, and Fixed Assets-or equivalent experience with other enterprise financial management systems in a federal or highly regulated environment. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skill. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security. Preferred Qualifications UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire). Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or similar AI-capable RPA tools. Experience in federal financial environments or regulated enterprise contexts. Exposure to additional RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
