Camelot Community Care is looking for both Masters Level and Licensed therapists for our In-Home/Outpatient Counseling Program. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule. Must be able to carry a caseload of at least 10 clients. Therapists provide individual and family therapeutic interventions in the office, client homes, schools and in the community, with children who display serious emotional, mental health or behavioral issues. Services are currently being provided face to face and on occasion, via telehealth if appropriate. Service tasks include: · Demonstrate competency in therapeutic skills and evidence based or best practice approaches through on-going professional growth, development activities and case reviews · Completion of Intake Assessments and initial admission diagnostic paperwork · Provide individual and family therapeutic interventions as prescribed in the treatment plan · Completion of treatment plans and progress notes according to the requirements of funders and insurance companies · Completion of clinical documentation within established time frames · Maintains electronic health record and paper clinical files according to company policies · Actively participates in supervision · On-going assessment of client progress utilizing outcome measures and other assessment tools · Participate in treatment team meetings and staffings when applicable Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Masters degree in social work, counseling or related field from a four-year accredited college or university is required. Experience providing counseling services to children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment and experience working with trauma preferred. Level 2 background screening is required. The purpose of the Re-Entry Admissions Counselor is to re-enroll and advise students who have previously dropped from the campus. The Re-Entry Admissions Counselor follows standardized university admission guidelines and procedures for re-entry. Re-Entry Admissions Counselors work closely with the Financial Aid department and Academic department to identify obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling; an action plan is developed and instituted to assure a smooth transition back to school. Re-Entry Admissions Counselors accomplish this through: Utilizing drop reports to target the specific population of drop and drop/reentry students. Ensure re-entry students have taken all the necessary steps to re-enroll. Provides re-entry students an additional resource to assist in finalizing their degrees. Re-Entry Admissions Counselor's must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with experience in customer service or career counseling. Description: The Affiliated Entities Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to various entities in the DPR Family of Companies (FoC) in matters related to manufacturing, supply chain and international sourcing, industrial construction, prefabrication, and product design and development. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, supporting contract development and negotiations, managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting in dispute resolution. Understanding business operations and processes is a key element of this role. This individual will be a part of the DPR Enterprise Risk Team and collaborate with FoC leadership. Specific Duties: * Work with DPR subject matter experts across the FoC to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including licensing, certifications, inspections, UL standards, labor, safety and environmental requirements * Advise and support entity leaders and operations teams in areas of manufacturing and prefabrication * Provide contract support related to manufacturing and prefabrication, including the development of contract templates, management of agreements with third-party vendors, contract review and negotiation * Advise on and support efforts in claims development, analysis, defense and resolution * Manage dispute resolution, including supporting negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation * Review internal processes to identify potential legal risks across manufacturing and prefabrication operations and recommend risk mitigation strategies and business process improvements * Collaborate with DPR's Insurance Team and provide guidance on insurance, indemnities and claims * Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategic business decisions and emerging legal issues in product manufacturing, prefabrication, supply chain and international sourcing. * Develop internal guidance applicable to manufacturing, prefabrication, supply chain and international sourcing * Identify training needs, prepare training materials and provide necessary training * Work with the DPR Risk Team to provide specialized support in applicable Risk Assessments * Provide guidance on legal aspects of production, procurement, and logistics related to prefabricated components * Collaborate with Risk Team and operations to review project delivery models that involve both prefabrication and field installation for legal exposure and risk mitigation * Support development and protection of proprietary prefabrication processes and tools * Provide counsel on legal issues related to internationally sourced materials including regulatory requirements and applicable tariffs Key Skills We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented, forward-thinking team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, provide support across multiple DPR entities, be innovative about business operations and processes, be responsive and consistently meet deadlines. Job Description The purpose of the Re-Entry Admissions Counselor is to re-enroll and advise students who have previously dropped from the campus. The Re-Entry Admissions Counselor follows standardized university admission guidelines and procedures for re-entry. Re-Entry Admissions Counselors work closely with the Financial Aid department and Academic department to identify obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling; an action plan is developed and instituted to assure a smooth transition back to school. Re-Entry Admissions Counselors accomplish this through: Utilizing drop reports to target the specific population of drop and drop/reentry students. Ensure re-entry students have taken all the necessary steps to re-enroll. Provides re-entry students an additional resource to assist in finalizing their degrees. Re-Entry Admissions Counselor's must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with experience in customer service or career counseling. Re-Entry Admissions Counselor's must also have: High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Strong computer and telephone skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task.
