    About the Role We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our Life Insurance Operations team. This role is responsible for managing the complete new business and underwriting process for life insurance cases-ensuring every case moves efficiently from submission through placement. Monitoring and Compliance Audits: - Conduct bi-weekly audits of BIP implementation, including data collection, documentation compliance, and staff adherence to protocols. - Review and audit BIP consents, ISPs, and behavioral data to ensure alignment with goals and compliance with state and licensing requirements (e.g., 65G.2). - Ensure interventions align with individual rights and address any rights restrictions in compliance with policies. Collaboration and Coordination: - Act as a liaison between the residential staff, clinical team, and families/guardians to ensure coordinated care. - Collaborate with the Residential Supervisor of Program to provide updates on progress and recommend necessary adjustments to intervention plans. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide feedback on the effectiveness of behavioral programming.
