Support National Markets & Sales Team (NMST) in drafting contracts and negotiations.
MSA, PO/SOW, Engagement Letters.
Support National Events and other operational areas with vendor contracts and related materials.
Become well-versed in related technology to support contract creation including Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
Serve as key contact point and source of guidance for contract advice and management:
Maintain a current in-depth knowledge with respect to contract law.
Draft and/or review client contracts (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Project Orders/Statements of Work, and Engagement Letters) and vendor contracts (e.g., event contracts, technology licenses, leases, etc.), and identify and recommend solutions for any issues that carry potential exposure to the Firm.

Advise regarding entity governance matters.
Maintain a current in-depth knowledge with respect to applicable business and professional licensing laws and regulations.
Support privacy compliance efforts Firmwide.
Awareness of immigration law compliance and organization:
Work alongside outside counsel, Siegfried colleagues, and other experts to support compliance with immigration laws and reporting on immigration activity among employees, if requested.

Required Qualifications
At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or in-house or a combination thereof
Admitted in good standing to a State Bar
Juris Doctor degree

Experience with or proficient in CLM technology
Advanced proficiency in Word, and other core business applications (Workday a plus).

POSITION OVERVIEW: This position provides counseling services to juveniles with significant histories of behaviors that threaten the wellbeing of themselves and others. These behaviors include, but are not limited to theft, substance use and abuse, truancy and incorrigibility. Efforts are made to avoid initial or repeated contact with the justice system. The Intensive Prevention Services program seeks to prevent the need for court involvement through family intervention. For that reason, the Counselor position must assess both youth and parents with a keen awareness of the varied intervention modalities. The position is dynamically linked to the other programs within the PAAN agency.
This position will require frequent communication between external and internal departments including, but not limited to contact with the Juvenile Justice System (JJS), Children Youth and Family Services/Department of Human Services, Family Court, Youth Aid Panels and the schools. Counselors are responsible for performing the following duties:
Work collaboratively with the case manager for the jointly assigned youth.
Create Youth/Family Service Plans (FSP) based on strengths-based assessments.
Assess & monitor completion of goals as outlined in the Youth/Family Service Plan and youth aid panel ordered requirements.
Assess all past weekly home/school visits to determine youth's progress.
Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions with youth

Comfortable working with adolescent youth (ages 10 to 17.)
Computer proficiency required.
Completion of PA Certified Peer Specialist Training preferred
Valid driver's license, insurance in your name and vehicle required. Must be available to drive/transport during programming.
Environmental Factors and Condition/Physical Requirements:
Working conditions are in a variety of setting, involve the potential for high stress levels and exposure to difficult situations; some non-standard work hours are required.
Must work with a vulnerable and overwhelmed population often identified as having few resources.
Must be available (i.e. attend/participate) during site base programming daily.
Education and Training Requirement:
Masters (MA) degree in counseling, social work, psychology and/or another therapeutic field is preferred.
Training in working with strength-based assessments and developing Family/Youth Service Plans.
