Job Summary/Objective:
The Acumatica Developer will lead the company's work regarding functionality of a base ERP system, data extractions, reporting and company website(s) functionality. Projects come from functionality, reporting and/or data issues and also greenfield projects that support company strategy in E-Commerce in customer interactions including order entry to fulfilment of product.
This leader will develop solutions as assigned by an agreed project team. This leader will explore new solutions in the delivery of customer experience to supply chain and influence marketing decisions, technology decisions and other growth strategies. This person will understand the business processes and know how to develop solutions that suit the desired business requirement. This person will be the subject matter expert on customization of Acumatica application and website functionality and interface.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
Acumatica Development:
Develop and customize Acumatica ERP solutions using Acumatica's tools such as Generic Inquiry, Business Logic, DACs, and PXGraph.
Design and implement integrations between Acumatica and external systems.
Customize Acumatica screens, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Acumatica platform.
Web Development:
Develop and maintain web applications and front-end user interfaces that interact with the Acumatica ERP system, and develop what the customer sees and uses.
Work with modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), and AJAX to create responsive and efficient web solutions.
Implement RESTful API services and ensure smooth communication between Acumatica and web applications.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of web applications to ensure excellent user experience and high performance.
Database Management:
Collaborate with the database team to ensure data integrity, security, and performance within Acumatica.
Develop SQL queries and work with Acumatica's SQL-based reporting tools and custom reports.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Work with business analysts, business functional leaders, and other developers and consultants to deliver technical solutions in an agile environment.
Provide estimates for tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
Create a standard change management system with documentation
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Acumatica ERP and web applications.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting issues within Acumatica and web platforms.
Document solutions, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience:
Acumatica ERP: Strong knowledge of Acumatica platform, including customization, workflows, business logic, and integrations.
Web Development: Proficiency in modern front-end development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
APIs and Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs for Acumatica integration with external systems.
SQL & Reporting: Strong experience in writing SQL queries, managing databases, and integrating with Acumatica's reporting tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and offer innovative solutions.
Version Control: Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
Acumatica Certifications: Acumatica certifications (e.g., Acumatica Cloud ERP Development Certification) are a plus.
Web Design: Experience with UI/UX principles and creating responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. Working with customers and / or third parties and web development agencies on establishing or upgrading brand portals with store checkout functionality connected to an RBI catalogue of goods.
Cloud Development: Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and tools.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business processes, especially in finance, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience 5-10 years and relevant, current certifications).
Work Environment: Independent professional is mostly unsupervised work. Office work environment is typical. If remote associate, then the expectation of regular in-office days planned to a schedule in order to engage in urgent and relevant topical work can be addressed.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state standards and agency policies and procedures.
Provide patients with orientation regarding objectives of the program, phase system requirements, rules and regulations, sanctions, hours of services, patient rights, and additional information to help patients adjust to the program.
Assure each patient is assessed and placed according to the treatment phases in accordance with Federal and State standards and agency policies.
Assure all clinical documentation and patient charts updated in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Counsel patients in crisis situations by identifying patient resources and coping abilities to help patients cope with and resolve crisis.
Counsel patients who have refused to comply with specific program requirements to increase patient awareness of consequences of noncompliance.
Arrange referrals to other agencies and resources in the community when appropriate.
Perform treatment plan reviews
Participate in case conferences and case reviews in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Develop and increase knowledge of federal, state, and agency regulations regarding confidentiality, methadone treatment, and substance abuse counseling certification.
Submit all internal and external correspondence to supervisor for review and approval.
Complete intakes, facilitate group counseling sessions.
Collection and testing of urine/swab drug screening following proper chain of custody.
Secure necessary documentation from patients, when appropriate, to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Submit monthly and quarterly statistical reports to supervisor.
Attend supervisions as scheduled
Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.

LCSW: Master's degree in social work with 600 hours of clinical practicum experience and 3,000 hours mostly MSW supervised experience. At least 1,380 of these hours need to be spent directly with clients and a minimum of 100 hours of face-to-face supervision.
CSAC: High school diploma/GED with 120 hours of didactic training in substance abuse and have performed at least 180 hours of substance abuse tasks with clients while under supervision.
Bachelor's degree in a social science discipline and at least one (1(year substance abuse related experience.
Counselors shall be licensed or certified by the applicable Virginia Health Registry Board or by a nationally recognized certification board or eligible for this license or certification.
