“I love the combination of freedom and support that is given at The Evolution Group. I feel empowered to pursue trainings and work with clients that interest me and allow me to work in a way that feels authentic to my clinical approach. There is also a great sense of community here with weekly trainings and consultation groups, and an incredible group of diverse and experienced clinicians. One of the greatest joys in life for me is being able to do good work with good people, and I feel that I get to live that every day here.”
-Kaitlyn Richter , Therapist/Supervisor
"I love being a therapist here and getting to work with a team of kind, quirky, fun, tea-drinking, snack-sharing humans - what's not to love? Seriously though, I feel incredibly lucky to work in an environment where I'm supported not just as a clinician, but as a whole person. The people I work with genuinely care about each other and our clients, and that makes all the difference. We laugh (a lot), check in on one another, and aren't afraid to admit when we need a minute, a meme, or a coffee break. The beautiful, calm, and inviting campus also adds to the positive vibes. Everyone decorates their offices to reflect their personality, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere and is fun to see and learn more about each other.
