Works with team to create and update all client and family centered Treatment Plans, assuring that all plans meet Camelot policies, state and federal law/rules, funding requirements and COA standards in a timely manner. 9. Provides individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in the Treatment Plan. 10. Participates in permanency planning activities, including discharge planning as assigned by the treatment team within established time frame. 11. Participates in staffings for children assigned on case load. 12. Participates in court-related issues for the case load in coordination with their supervisor. 13. Links the child and family with specific services and resources as identified in the service/treatment plan. 14. Serves as liaison with other professionals and agencies. 15. On-call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements. 16. Discusses with supervisor any over or under utilization of services in regards to outcome monitoring. 17. Other duties as assigned.
