Responsibilities:

Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the

Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
Participates in regular clinical meetings
Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Maintains accurate and up to date "CAQH" profile and NPI
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and
Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts".

Qualifications:
Required: Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field

Intensive Community Manager will serve as a clinical lead for a Community Care team. They will coordinate the team's efforts to stabilize our highest risk patients, with special areas of focus including safe transitions of care from facilities back to our primary care teams, stabilization of our highest risk ambulatory patients and outreach to patients who are assigned to us but are not engaged in care.
This person will perform initial assessments and design comprehensive plans of care for many of these patients. This professional will also provide clinical supervision to other team members in delivering the plan of care and in other tasks necessary to meet their needs and engage them in care. Job Title: Military and Family Life Counselor (CYB)
MFLC Counselors provide assessment, short-term, solution focused counseling services and non-traditional walk around participant outreach to eligible individuals, military children and youth of all ages. This includes collaboration and consultation with teachers, parents, and administrators to strengthen and increase the child's/youth's capacity for healthy development. MFLC services shall enhance participants' ability to cope with the many challenges associated with the complex dynamics unique to the military service environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support for children of any age working in early childhood settings and schools. The CYB-MFLC would also serve to provide services for staff and parents.
Possesses in-depth knowledge on subjects relating to the conduct, activities, practices, and operations of the MFLC program.
Provides non-medical counseling, consulting, and outreach services to eligible participants.
Knowledge of preventative models that strengthen service members' and their families' readiness and resilience by reducing the stresses/stressors of military life cycle.
Ability to model evidence-based intervention approaches.
Ability to teach coping strategies, emotion management, and problem-solving skills to families and/or caregivers.
Ability to teach strategies supporting management of life challenges more effectively.
Facilitation of psychological and behavioral awareness.
Provide education knowledge to participants including: The meaning of specific symptoms and/or what is known about the causes, effects, implications of identified issues.
Provide services through multi-level intervention (e.g., classroom, family, school, community) while understanding the potential contextual and cultural factors impacting young children's behavior.
Assist educators with strategies for cultivating a deeper understanding of the factors that shape young children's social-emotional development.
Ability to perform accurate assessment of the client's presenting problem and to plan effective treatment for that problem
Conducts government approved presentations as requested.
Enters counselor activity reporting daily through issued equipment while assuring accurate reporting and maintaining confidentiality of participants.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Be U.S. citizens and speak fluent English.
Possess a Master's degree or higher from an accredited graduate program in a relevant behavioral health field of study to include, but not limited to social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling.
The candidate must hold a valid independent license in the mental health field from any US state or territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, Psychologist).
Must be able to pass a basic background check for employment, a Child National Agency Check, and Inquiries (NACI/CNACI) clearance, commonly called a Public Trust clearance.
Be able to pass all background/suitability checks, which may include additional installation-specific requirements.
Knowledge of the difficulties of adjusting to general life stresses as well as those resulting from the requirements of military life, and experience providing short-term counseling for those issues
Knowledge of standard documentation requirements for clinical services
Knowledge of available military and community referral resources
Ability to work effectively with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and skilled in the use of office software
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or additional training as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant.
Other Skills and Abilities
This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required

Job Title Rodeo Complex Student Worker (Work Study) Position Type Student Division Student Affairs Department University Recreation Job Description Assist with the daily operations of the Rodeo Complex under the supervision of the Rodeo Coach. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Moving, sorting, and feeding livestock
* Cleaning grounds, arena, stalls, and pens
* Prepare livestock and facility for team practices
* Feed livestock on weekends
* Repair and maintain facility equipment
* Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
* Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office.
* Expected to work some weekends to feed and care for livestock.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of daily care and feeding of livestock, arena preparation and management, and sorting livestock.
* Skilled in the use of tractors, farm equipment, welders, cutting torch, and UTV.
Physical Demands
* Ability to pick up and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Ability to work standing, lift heavy equipment, move livestock, and move around on loose, uneven surfaces.
* Ability to work in an environment which includes exposure to dust, foul odors, and extreme hot and cold temperatures.
