Essential Responsibilities: Work hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations. Coordinate the RJC Sanctuary interview process including communication of monthly apartment vacancies. Coordinate admissions of children to WCC including completion of admission and discharge documents. Work with Sioux City Community School district and Head Start to provide education services for children not in day care. Coordinate and track patient benefits (Title-10, FIP, daycare, food assistance, WIC, etc.). Assist in providing and coordinating information on payment sources (daycare, food stamps, medications, etc.). Assist in transportation to outside agencies such as social security, housing, public assistance, etc. Collect monthly charges for patient. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, employees and community groups. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned.
