RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) will provide coverage in short-term, surge and on demand situations resulting from the Military needs such as a post-deployment event or to cover an existing assignment for counselors who are absent. The Summer ARC counselor position covers assignments during the May 15th through September 15th time period, coinciding with the school summer break. With minimal guidance and oversight, provides the full breadth of Adult or Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations. These services may include non- medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, personnel at child daycare centers and schools, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues affecting military personnel and their family members. ARC CYB counselors may be assigned to DoDEA schools and community schools and will need to have experience working in a school setting to qualify for ARC role in backing up a school position. CYB counselors may also be assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. ARC adult counselors may be assigned to support MFLC services in a variety of military community and readiness centers, as well as on-demand and surge assignments. The counselors work closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to assure that the program is provided within scope and meets the needs of the installation.
* Provides non-medical, short term, solution focused, counseling directly to adults, children, and youth of service members. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated.
* CYB counselors will also have a focus on supporting the staff and personnel of CDCs, DoDEA and community schools, youth programs and summer camps as well as providing parent training and guidance.

Position: Overnight Counselor
The Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) is responsible for overseeing the health and welfare of all residents in the program, support and clinical services to a population of chemically dependent clients with co-occurring and mental health problems. Job Scope:
File all paperwork on a nightly basis.
Perform closing runs and document findings via the appropriate reporting system; SAC communication log, incident reports or 24 on-call supervisors.
Screen residents and their belongings returning from passes, medicals and court appointments in accordance with unit procedure.
Conduct health and welfare check and have runs in accordance with unit policy & procedures.

The Center for Human Services (CHS) located in Stratford, Connecticut is a CARF accredited, Department of Public Health licensed, medication-assisted treatment program for opiate addicted persons utilizing prescribed methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, and supportive counseling in conjunction with other support and referral services. The persons served attend individual counseling to address drug use/abuse, personal/family, employment, health, and legal issues. Group and family counseling, in addition to intensive outpatient services are offered to those who voluntarily seek additional support. Clients at CHS also have access to psychiatric care.
In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, counsels individuals and/or groups regarding substance abuse problems and co-occurring disorders, and develops and implements a therapeutic treatment plan by performing the following duties.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
NYC SCA School Construction Authority is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Lead Developer to lead the analysis, architecture, configuration, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. This role will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365-based applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to implement, configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both CRM pre-built components and Power Platform, integrations to other systems, and agile delivery in complex environments.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and power platform solutions.
Develop solutions on the power platform, including powerapps, power automate, power bi, power pages and Dataverse
Collaborate with technical team in understanding business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Collaborate with technical team in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM or power platform components.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and databases (e.g., ERP, vendor systems, Project Management, SharePoint, SQL Server etc.).
Collaborate with and support QA/UAT efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Configure model-driven apps, develop canvas apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role-based security.
Deliver robust solutions which fit the user requirements, are maintainable, scalable, highly responsive and user-friendly.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services.
Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, contract management).
Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD in D365 environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are preferred.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $70.00 - $80.00.
