What You Will Do:
The Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) is an acquisition program that details the steps, actions, requirements, and responsibilities of the fielding and successful deployment of a fully manned, trained, and supported materiel system that meets all user objectives. As a Materiel Fielding Plan Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive materiel fielding plans that ensure efficient deployment and utilization of materials across various projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, supply chain teams, deployment leads, customers, and other stakeholders to create useful documentation comprising all aspects of a successful fielding phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed materiel fielding plans tailored to project requirements
Analyze project specifications to identify document needs and timelines
Coordinate with SMEs and customers to develop a plan that will be used for timely delivery of materials
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and customer teams to align fielding strategies with project goals
Prepare reports and presentations for cost and schedule updates
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance materiel fielding processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Three (3) years of experience in material management, logistics, or a similar role

Qualifications We Prefer:

In the event the client has med pay coverage and it is not in excess, submits reports and bills in order to obtain the limit amount.
Communicates with the client on a regular basis about the case (at least twice a month), including updating the client on the claim process and associated timeframes and adds detailed notes.
Updates case management system at every stage of the case, documenting all pertinent information and conversations.
Timely files any governmental claims via certified and return receipt mail and requests a conformed copy of each claim filed.
Calendars the “45 day from date the claim was mailed out” in the case management system.
Assesses if additional treatment is needed and/or approved on each case.
-Reviews the police reports and medical records obtained by the Records Clerk. On Serious Injury Cases (SI), forwards these reports to the Team Attorney.
For Serious Injury (SI) Cases: Follows up with Records Clerk in order to obtain the police report, establishes liability, requests the policy limits of the defendant, obtains the client declarations page, obtains any important evidence (i.e. PD photos, injury photos, videos, witness statements, etc.) -
For Pre-Procedure Evaluations: Drafts the PPE questionnaire, obtains the reports, bills and
estimated cost or each procedure, obtains the defendant's policy limits, runs and ISO on the
client, and provides all information to the Lead Attorney for their review. For surgery evaluations runs a Criminal Background Check (CBC).
-Contacts client to over the ISO and/or CBC with client to confirm the information and/or obtain any pre-ret treatment regarding any previous accidents. Adds a note regarding the ISO/CBC review.
-CM will obtain medical provider full contact information, prior attorney information and provide this to their respective RC for cases where there are pre-existing accidents as they will request the records.
Consults and advises clients regarding loss wages claims and credit issues.
Resolves problems. Consults with Pre-Lit Manager regarding claims process and special, unusual, or complex circumstances.
As required and under the direction of an attorney, assists in the negotiation process for a
client's case (case by case)
Seeks opportunities for clients to submit favorable online reviews about their experience with the firm.
Maintains utmost professional standards towards the Firm and its clients.

The role: We are looking to add a high impact Counsel, Commercial and Compliance to Curri's legal department, to support our continued growth by strengthening our commercial contracting and compliance programs. This role will sit at the intersection of legal, business, and operations, partnering closely with leaders across the company to manage risk, enable commercial execution, and build scalable legal and compliance processes.
The ideal candidate is a practical, business-oriented lawyer who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and collaborating with business partners to implement practical programs and solutions that add value to Curri's business. As the second lawyer to join the company, the ideal candidate will need to be a generalist and prepared to assist wherever most helpful, but the role will also play a key part in shaping how Curri approaches commercial contracting, compliance, and risk management with enormous career opportunities for the right individual as the company scales.
This position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and offers meaningful ownership, broad exposure to the business, and the opportunity to play a key role in building Curri's legal foundation for long-term growth.
What you will do:
* Provide legal support across the organization to improve and scale Curri's commercial and compliance programs.
* Manage Curri's commercial contracting processes, including contract templates, playbooks, and workflows, and managing Curri's contract database through a CLM solution.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements.
* Serve as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People.
* Research and analyze legal and regulatory issues relevant to Curri's business and industry
* Develop and help implement compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks that address key risks as Curri scales.
* Actively manage compliance development programs, using legal research to create work plans, identify key stake holders to collaborate with, and manage execution of work plans through to completion.
* Translate legal analysis into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement of legal processes, documentation, and internal controls.
* Identify opportunities to proactively mitigate legal and compliance risk while enabling business objectives.
* Manage outside counsel as needed and support special projects and strategic initiatives across the business.
What you need to have:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in California
* 3-5 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal role (combination preferred)
* Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
* Expert legal research, analysis, and writing skills
* Ability to operate independently with a high ownership mindset in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-legal stakeholders
* Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and an effective self-manager
* Exceptional ability to translate legal risk and analysis into practical, business-oriented solutions

Summary
Under direct supervision, the AOD I Counselor as an entry level role works directly with participants each day, supporting them through the early stages of recovery by providing assessments, counseling, education, and crisis intervention. The counselor builds supportive relationships, helps participants stay engaged in treatment, and connects them to essential resources and services. This role maintains clear and timely documentation, works as part of a multidisciplinary team, and helps ensure a stable, supportive environment for all participants.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist with participant screenings, intakes, and orientations.
Support group facilitation and participant engagement with supervision.
Provide supportive counseling and help participants stay involved in treatment.
Prepare draft documentation for review, including progress notes and treatment updates.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to coordinated care.
Maintain a professional, recovery-focused environment.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with participants in accordance with agency policies and ethical standards.
Complete documentation in real time or within required timeframes to support quality care, billing accuracy, and compliance with program expectations.
Ensure all documented services meet billing requirements and accurately reflect the service provided.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be credentialed as a Registered Alcohol and other Drug Technician (RADT) under a certifying body.
Enrolled in or beginning required SUD coursework.
Must complete 80 hours of SUD education within 6 months of the effective date of RADT credential.
Must exhibit the emotional maturity, resilience, and the interpersonal skills required to engage respectfully and effectively with individuals in recovery, and to support group dynamics in a diverse treatment community.
Candidates who identify as being in recovery must demonstrate at least one (1) year of continuous sobriety.
