Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self‑sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial‑focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in‑house litigation experience, including experience with competition‑related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,700 and $301,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD experience and 6+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This is a fully onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA (3-4 days per week).
The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency across the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, custom application development, platform administration, scripting, and integrations, while ensuring adherence to industry and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and HRSD components.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and custom scoped applications based on business needs.
Build and configure Service Catalog items, Request Management, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external third-party applications.
Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, and automation workflows.
Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs), security rules, and platform permissions.
Support upgrades, patching, and version management to ensure system performance and stability.
Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, and handle performance optimization.
Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and deployment procedures.
Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, latest releases, and platform innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong expertise in HRSD along with ITSM, ITOM, or other modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
Experience with ServiceNow Administration, data model, CMDB structure, and platform configuration.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) is a plus.
Knowledge of MID Server, LDAP, OAuth, SSO, and other integration frameworks.
Experience building Scoped Applications and custom ServiceNow apps.
