About the role Clinical Counselors with Living Well Professional Counseling are employed based on part-time status and are paid per session based on a fee schedule established by the agency. Counselors complete a W-4 and Arkansas Withholding Form upon hire. Clinical counselors demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to build and maintain client loads.
