Responsibilities:
Serve as a key legal team member for the Botox Therapeutics and Eye Care business units, coordinating legal support across commercial matters and collaborating with various functions and practice areas.
Manage complex legal issues across diverse areas of the company, applying in-depth knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FCPA) and industry guidance (e.g., PhRMA Code, AdvaMed Code of Ethics).

Job Description
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel (AGC), this position will act as a trusted legal advisor to ITW businesses on a variety of commercial legal matters, with a principal focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting commercial strategies and developing efficient contract management processes. The successful candidate will have approximately three (3) to seven (7) years of legal experience gained in a sophisticated law firm environment or a prominent in-house legal department, with experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements and assisting on other transactional matters.

Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and related arrangements, including customer and supplier terms & conditions, master service agreements, supply agreements, information technology and data privacy documentation and non-disclosure agreements.
