Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customizations, integrations, and extensions within IFS Applications.

Lead or support ERP upgrade initiatives, new module rollouts, and process improvement projects.
Build and maintain Custom Pages, Fields, Menus, Tabs, Events, Lobbies, Configurations, Custom Objects, IALs, and other IFS components.
Use IFS Developer Studio, Citrix Build Place/Harvest, and Visual Studio to develop and deploy application changes.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and related middleware.
Support reporting initiatives with tools such as IFS Report Designer, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and Power BI.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, change logs, and user guides.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams.
Ensure system security and compliance with internal standards and best practices.
Provide user training and support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience developing within IFS Applications, IFS Developer Studio, and Oracle-based ERP environments.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and Oracle database objects (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views, etc.).
Practical understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, part management, sales, and CRM.
Experience with software development lifecycles, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work across multiple stakeholder groups.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of IFS ERP development experience.
IFS certification(s) in functional or technical disciplines.
Prior participation in full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
Experience integrating IFS with external systems or cloud-based tools.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Office applications.

Obtain any prior approvals or authorizations needed from insurance companies
Schedule all patient surgeries and pre-operative and post-operative appointments, including appointments with the patient's primary care physician, optometrist and surgery center
Prepare and organize surgery charts and mailing any necessary paperwork

We are looking for Counselors/Therapists who will join us in our mission of helping those in our community and are specifically looking for staff to join our Residential, MAT, and Outpatient teams! Outpatient Counselors provide direct service to our Outpatient clients through both individual and group counseling. Counselors provide individual and group counseling by evaluating assessments for identified patients and their family members and based on findings, facilitating a timely and appropriate treatment plan, and coordinating said plan with available agency services and the community. CHC will provide your own private office, quality supervision, and ongoing training and CEUs.
The Outpatient Counselor Position:
Is Full time, 40 hours a week, generally Monday-Friday, but may include some weekends/evenings. Some positions may start as early as 5:30am.

SUMMARY
Performs a full range of academic, personal, career, and transfer counseling activities with diverse student populations. These include but are not limited to, assisting college students, (which may include College Credit Plus students), in developing academic and career goals; creating and developing educational academic plans to degree/certificate completion and/or transfer; identifying and developing strategies and skills for adapting to the educational environment, and providing academic counseling to students in academic curriculum areas. Assists with New Student Orientations by providing individual academic counseling appointments and New Student Orientation presentations. May provide crisis intervention. May teach General Studies courses and student success workshops as needed.
When teaching credit and non-credit courses:
* Prepares and delivers lectures or learning activities to students on various topics in order to achieve certain outcomes
* Prepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts
* Evaluates and grades students' class work, laboratory work, assignments, and papers
* Maintains student attendance records, grades and other records
* Be available to students for coaching

Required Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate-level course hours in Counseling or Social Work
* One year of secondary or post-secondary experience in counseling
* Licensed/Licensed-Eligible from the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board or a state certification in school counseling
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching experience
