JOB SUMMARY
The OneLink (GenTax) Developer Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of OneLink Application Developers on a regular and consistent basis. This role involves planning and developing the Onelink Tax System, with a primary focus on e-services, registration, and return processing. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Application Developer to design, develop, and provide long-term support of a custom enterprise content management application and OCR solution using Kofax/AWS Textract. Arkive is a custom content management application that is being developed using modern technologies and hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced with full-stack development, and comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. You'll play a critical role in translating complex business processes into scalable, intuitive applications.
What You'll Do:
Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies.
Integrate AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.) to support application scalability, security, and performance.
Build robust document storage, workflow, and metadata management capabilities.
Ensure proper user access controls, data retention, and compliance policies are incorporated into the application design.
Implement projects from prototyping to production deployment, including CI/CD pipeline setup and monitoring.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolutions for FileNet, Arkive, Kofax/Textract.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Document system architecture, APIs, and user instructions as part of development and hand-off.
Perform application testing, including integration, end-to-end, and coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Develop and maintain lifecycle deliverables, technical documentation, and training materials.
Collaborate with vendor teams across development, testing, and business units to meet project goals.
Optimize processes and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service quality.
Build partnerships to align services with business needs and resolve challenges efficiently.
Adapt flexible working hours, including occasional weekends and overtime, to meet critical deadlines.
What We're Looking for:
4+ years of professional experience in software/application development.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture patterns (certification preferred but not required).
Experience in building secure, high-performing, scalable applications using AWS-native services.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET Core).
Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CloudFormation or Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience with designing workflow automation or document management systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skilled in documenting business opportunities, risks, and success factors for applications.
Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
Degree in engineering, computer science, management, or business (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work in distributed teams with 24x7 onshore-offshore coverage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Experience with content repositories, ECM (Enterprise Content Management) platforms, or FileNet-like systems is a plus.
Understanding compliance standards or data retention regulations is an added advantage.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)

Translate business requirements into high-quality, supportable solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
AI-Ready Automation Engineering
Apply foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, LLMs, document understanding) to support long-term automation strategy and design decisions.
Design automations with future AI-enhancement in mind, including structured data handling, modular design, and system extensibility.
Testing, Deployment & Quality
Conduct testing using UiPath Test Suite or equivalent tools.
Maintain proper version control and follow deployment best practices.
Conduct peer code reviews to validate alignment with established development standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage closely with analysts, financial SMEs, and ERP stakeholders to align functional needs with automation architecture.
Communicate blockers, surface risks, and contribute to sprint goals with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise or federal financial systems.
2+ years hands-on experience supporting UiPath RPA initiatives (documentation, analysis, PDDs).
Proven expertise with Oracle EBS Financials (R12+)-particularly GL, AP, AR, PO, and Fixed Assets-or equivalent experience with other enterprise financial management systems in a federal or highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skill.
