Support and mentor less-experienced developers, including conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials. Advanced UiPath developer certification (UiARD) is required. 4-6 years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies is required. Other IT/programming certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or in languages like C# or VB, are strongly desired. Insurance-specific designations, such as CPCU, AIC, etc., are desired. Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, C#, VB, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML) is desired.
