Assess the current Python codebase, workflows, and dependencies related to geocoding and spatial data processing. ? Maintain and improve integration with multiple geocoding services, including locally installed geocoding software, ArcGIS Server REST-based services, and Google Maps Geocoding API (including quota management and API key security) ? Implement robust logging, error handling, and validation throughout the codebase. ? Optimize and document fallback logic for handling geocoding failures and manual resolution workflows. ? Produce high-quality technical documentation, including code comments and usage instructions, architecture diagrams and workflow documentation. ? Improve the logging and reporting framework for better error tracking and system transparency. ? Collaborate with internal GIS and IT staff for requirements clarification, testing, and implementation support. Required Skills & Experience: ? Core Technical Proficiency ? Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm Location: 23rd Ave and Peoria in Phoenix, AZ Must be Independently Licensed as recognized by AZBBHE - LCSW, LPC preferred. $70,000 + for independently licensed therapists (less than 5 years of experience post-licensure) $75,000 + for independently licensed therapists (more than 5 years of experience post-licensure) $80,000 + for independently licensed therapists (more than 10 years of experience post-licensure) Duties Include: Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals. Develops and provides individual treatment plans; monitors, evaluates and documents client's progress. May have responsibility for intake documentation. Prepares progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed timely; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews and discharge plans. Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. Facilitates coordination of care to include case review, therapeutic interventions, and client progress in treatment. Participates in clinical staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required. Completes administrative tasks which may include, work orders, copying and faxing. Independent licensure as recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiner (LPC, LCSW) required. Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate. Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus. Experience working with diverse populations preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm Excellent oral and written communication skills. This role is a non-driving position. This position is held at one location and does not require travel to various Terros Health centers. May be 18 years of age and with less than two years' driving experience or no driving experience. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
