Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 4+ years' experience preferably in Estate Planning. Knowledge of law and legal practice to perform substantive legal function in client matters as normally acquired through completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree. Experience working with a high-net-worth client base. Strong knowledge of estate planning principles, tax laws, and probate procedures. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate well, both verbal and written, with a diverse group of clients, attorney's and staff and provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.
