Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams. Ensure system security and compliance with internal standards and best practices. Provide user training and support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience developing within IFS Applications, IFS Developer Studio, and Oracle-based ERP environments. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and Oracle database objects (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views, etc.). Practical understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, part management, sales, and CRM. Experience with software development lifecycles, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work across multiple stakeholder groups. Preferred Experience 5+ years of IFS ERP development experience. IFS certification(s) in functional or technical disciplines. Prior participation in full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Duties include: Provide gender specific therapeutic counseling for individual clients which includes individual and group counseling; Interview patients and coordinate assessment; summarize and evaluate problems areas and patient strengths; Develop treatment plans; complete appropriate case recording requirements per agency procedure; Provide patient access to individualized treatment; Monitor and facilitate progress through treatment, modify treatment as needed and inform patient of alternate treatment procedures that are available; Participate and present patient cases weekly in clinical supervision meetings and seek additional professional consultation as needed; Prepare discharge summary and aftercare planning according to agency procedure. Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field. Must have a current license from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LCDC or the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PC or LSW. Independent license as a LICDC, LISW or PCC preferred. Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. The scope of services may be provided either in an individual, group, or family setting. You will utilize a team focused treatment plan approach to provide clients with exceptional therapeutic intervention services. HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy for both adults and children. Actively engage in supervision with your BH Supervisor. Assist clients in preparing and presenting treatment program work material. Maintain client charting in accordance with Medicaid, JCAHO, ODADAS, ODMH, CARF and professional standards. Requirements KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree required. Valid unencumbered LISW, LPCC, LIMFT License in the state of Ohio required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Competency in the treatment of mental health and/or substance use disorders within the context of individual, group, couples and family systems therapy. Experience collaborating with other team members to optimize outcomes clients. Familiarity of state and federal healthcare regulations. Awareness of community and state support resources for population served. WORKING CONDITIONS Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/clinical work environment. While hours of operation are generally standard, flexibility to work evenings and extended hours may be required. Requires periods of sitting, standing, telephone, and computer work. Hearing: adequate to hear clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology. Speaking: adequate to speak to clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology. Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Physical effort required: occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds, unassisted. Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties.
