Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SUD Counselor located in Hayward CA. The SUD Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting individual therapy sessions, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Qualifications Substance Use Disorder Counseling and Therapy skills Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Registered or certified as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor (CCAPP, CADTP or CAADE) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field is a plus. Employ a business-centric mindset to independently identify creative solutions Support procurement and requesting business teams on negotiation of vendor agreements Work with various global partner teams on a wide range of special projects that require legal support Skills You\'ll Need to Bring: Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel eligible 3+ years of combined experience practicing as a commercial attorney within a law firm or software technology company, including 1+ years in-house commercial legal experience at a software technology company Ability to confidently and independently manage and negotiate SaaS agreements with a wide variety of customers Strong understanding of cloud services and general SaaS business practices, and a willingness to dive into Notion\'s product offerings, operational processes, and security and privacy practices and policies in order to build a strong foundation for providing support across all relevant lines of business Resilience, resourcefulness, the ability to directly interact and build meaningful relationships and trust with internal and external clients and leaders, and the ability to make recommendations and decisions with imperfect facts Experience negotiating with technology and professional services vendors Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence solutions in a work setting.
