You Have:
8+ years of experience with MUMPS software development
Experience with MUMPS software development and working in VistA environments using FileMan
Knowledge of HL7 messaging development
Knowledge of software development
Knowledge of design or architectural patterns

Ability to communicate with front-end users to replicate their issues

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. PURPOSE:
As a member of the Emergency Response and Assessment Team (ERAT), the Prevention Counselor provides support to families and children in maintaining permanency by providing in-home services and assistance to ensure the child's safety and welfare, health and well-being, while attempting to strengthen and preserve the child's family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to all assigned referrals in a timely manner.
Conduct all visits, with the exception of the first visit, at the convenience of the family.
Provide appropriate level of care as directed by supervisor (frequency of visits, phone call, etc.);
Complete the Family Situational Assessment that addresses the following but not limited to: assesses child, adult and family functioning, identifies strengths and protective factors.
Assesses risks and safety.

Communicating respectfully and effectively with families from a wide range of backgrounds assesses child, adult and family functioning.
