As a team member, you will work with existing staff to assist in on-boarding youth into the program, work closely with Worksite Liaisons for worksite placement and troubleshooting/monitoring, engage in one-on-one coaching with assigned youth, deliver work readiness training, administer support services, and conduct intern exit-interviews.
