It provides a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment, using evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary.
The 24/7/365 residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program provides 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 ASAM levels of care for males and females, as well as 3.2 withdrawal management. There are 15 beds allocated for 3.1/3.5, 15 beds for 3.3 and 12 beds for 3.2, for a total of 42 beds.
The SUD Counselor, On Call, is a registered or certified substance use disorder professional who maintains registration/certification from an approved/accredited California agency. The Counselor works in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure best possible treatment outcome for the client and provide treatment in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, where program schedule requires additional staff. The SUD Counselor provides supervision and oversite of the clients throughout the facility with shifts ranging to provide 24/7 coverage. Counselors provide facility coverage by supervising the clients during chores, visiting hours, mealtimes, medication line, withdrawal management, activities, groups, and free time. The SUD Counselor is customer service focused and frequently provides crisis intervention and client stabilization. In this role, you will provide critical legal support for third-party vendor contracts and partner closely with PIMCO's procurement and technology functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating legal risks, and enabling seamless business operations through expert contract management and legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice and support to business partners on a wide range of vendor contract matters, ensuring alignment with PIMCO's policies, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, and related tools to enhance efficiency and consistency in contract processes
Collaborate effectively with various functions, including procurement and technology, and cross-functional teams to facilitate internal approvals, contract reviews, and timely execution
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage diverse commercial vendor contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, and related documents
Oversee and coordinate with external counsel as necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support and risk mitigation
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate legal risks associated with vendor relationships and contractual terms
Support internal stakeholders in resolving contract disputes and addressing legal issues promptly and effectively
Stay abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and industry best practices impacting vendor contracts and commercial agreements
Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives, providing flexible and responsive legal support as needed
Qualifications and Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Circa 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial contract law, preferably within a corporate legal department or reputable law firm
Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and commercial contracts with a strong focus on risk management and compliance
Deep understanding of contract law principles, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and legal-operations tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial services or investment management industry
Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and best practices
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 145,500.00 - $ 168,000.00

About the Position:
The Career Coach provides directs of casework services to DOL Pathway Home program participants, including but not limited to intake, needs assessment, the development of case management plans, and treatment progress monitoring.
What You Will Do:
Work with Amity Students, on core competencies that include workforce development soft skills, motivational interviewing, denial management, relapse prevention, crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
Provide all programming components and all other services including Job Development DOL Pathway Home participants.
Serve as mentors to participants, providing weekly 1:1 and small group mentoring focused on topics like problem solving, coping mechanisms, and life issues, resume building,
Conduct initial intake and needs assessments for all participants assigned to caseload.
Prepare, review, and update Individual Development Plan (IDP) for participants assigned to caseload.
Develop and monitor the participant's progress relative to their IDP through all phases of the program and confer regularly with Community Based Organizations (CBO) concerning program progress and transition planning.
Assist participants with applying for full-time employment when they conclude paid work experience.
Assist participants to apply, enroll, and seek financial aid with colleges and universities.
Document all progress and all services provided in the participants' files including employment effort/status, individual and group counseling, case conference results, referral services, and disciplinary information.
Responsible for data entry using Apricot System for all participants through all phases of the program.
Meet with mentors quarterly to align mentoring support with the participants IDP.
Make appropriate referrals to outside agencies as necessary.
Develop discharge and post-completion plans appropriate to IDP.
Maintain collaborative relationships evidenced by effective communication with Program Coordinator, CBOs, and DOL Pathway Home participants.
Maintain comprehensive case records and accurate statistical information for GO participants and services, including all the required elements of the IDP.
Development of IDP at participant's arrival, ensuring goals, objectives, and target needs are based on assessment(s) results. Participate in IDP review participant in caseload.
Attending workshops, meetings, and training as requested by supervisor.
May serve as Community Advocate role in addition to job as requested by community leadership.
