In this role you will provide DevSecOps engineering support for Tapestry's Global Decision Support System (GDSS) program. GDSS is the primary US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command and Control (C2) system, and is a globally distributed enterprise class suite of applications designed, implemented and maintained by Tapestry Solutions. GDSS applications and services provide advanced mission planning, command and control for all phases of mobility operations (airlift, airdrop, and air refueling operations). You will assist with tasks to design, build, operate, and sustain web environments on AWS (Cloud One).
Position Responsibilities:
Provide Lead DevSecOps engineering support to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloud Platform
Help Maintain pipelines and automated deployments using 3rd party and cloud-native DevSecOps tools based on the requirements of the Development teams
Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, availability, and security, and optimize systems for performance and cost efficiency
Work with developers and application experts to test issues in cloud-based environments

Key Responsibilities:
Complete intake/screening/assessment process within appropriate time frames as designated by state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards.
Develop treatment plans for clients in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body guidelines that demonstrate individualization and evolution based on information gathered from assessment.
Complete correspondence in a timely fashion.
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings providing feedback on pertinent cases.
Adhere to weekly Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) expectations/service provision model.
Document all services provided in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards.
Ensure that services are entered within the appropriate time frame, appropriate format, note refer to treatment plans, etc.

+ Negotiate the resolution of bonded obligations on defaulted contracts, and terms of agreements including indemnity agreements, letters of credit, set aside letters from lenders, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements.
+ Determine whether bond exposure has expired, including for the purpose of releasing collateral, by reviewing bond terms, applicable law, and court dockets (when applicable).

* Retain, monitor, and manage outside counsel actively utilizing litigation management plans and budgets.

* Travel to and attend mediations, settlement conferences, claim conferences, field office visits, trials and depositions.
* Recovery Management specific:

* Continue to develop the ability to identify potential sources of recovery, and to analyze, investigate, develop and refine recovery strategies, and resolve claims within authority; retain, manage and direct outside counsel and vendors to optimize outcomes and resolve recovery claims of varying levels of severity.

* Engage in account workout risk mitigation analysis, advise on mitigation strategies, and assist in execution of such strategies.
* Monitor account bankruptcy proceedings and document post-bankruptcy indemnity. Draft and file proofs of claim and advise as to potential recovery. Retain outside counsel where appropriate to protect or enforce surety rights.
* Negotiate the resolution of bonded obligations on defaulted contracts, and terms of agreements including indemnity agreements, letters of credit, set aside letters from lenders, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements.
* Determine whether bond exposure has expired, including for the purpose of releasing collateral, by reviewing bond terms, applicable law, and court dockets (when applicable).
* Monitor marketplace conditions, conduct research, and draft reference materials to inform claim and underwriting colleagues on law impacting Travelers' underwriting and claim decisions.
* Review documents pertaining to mergers, equity sales and asset sales to determine the legal status and ownership of indemnitors undergoing a change of control. Draft and negotiate appropriate agreements to document indemnity changes related to such transactions.
