Experience as a counselor supervisor would be a plus in this role. Telehealth and in-office at Harmony Baptist Association. What you'll do COUNSELING SERVICES: Counseling shall be provided to families, couples, and individuals utilizing professional skills and Christian compassion. Involvement in other related ministry activities as time and skills allow, i.e., marriage enrichment retreats, parenting seminars, support groups, etc. Maintain communication with the administrative assistant regarding hours available and sessions scheduled. Changes to availability should be made clear with sufficient time to accommodate the adjustment for office staff and clients served. Provide a minimum of 15 hours of counseling services each week. All new counselors have 3 months to build up client load. Counselors are responsible for directing the treatment of their clients and coordination of that care with the QBHPs who are assigned to provide services.
