We are seeking an AI Developer to help design, build, and deliver AI solutions, especially Generative AI, for clients modernizing their operations through intelligent automation. You will work alongside senior technical leads and client teams to develop functional AI prototypes, integrate data and models, and help translate emerging technologies into practical business value. AI Delivery

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in AI, software, or data-driven solution development, including work with Generative AI or NLP applications
Understanding of cloud environments (e.g. Azure, Amazon Web Services) and DevOps for AI development and deployment
Proficiency in Python and experience building or integrating AI-based systems
Experience with key Generative AI system patterns, such as:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and retrieval-based reasoning systems
Agentic frameworks (e.g., orchestrated multi-step reasoning, tool-using AI agents)
Evaluation and observability frameworks (e.g., LLM/human evals, prompt testing, reliability scoring)
Model monitoring and retraining pipelines
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Location & Work Hours
This position is assigned to the ACT South team in the Alexandria/Rt. 1 area of Fairfax County, based out of the Gartlan Center at 8119 Holland Rd. Alexandria, VA 22306.
Program hours for the ACT South team are from 8:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Monday through Friday and 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on Weekends and Holidays. This position includes a rotating on-call coverage requirement and typically works one weekend every 4-5 weeks and one weekly P.M. shift (12:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.). The Team coordinates holiday coverage on a rotating basis.

Job Overview:
MFLCs provide non-medical counseling services to military service members and their families. Tasks & Responsibilities:

Instructional Coaching is part of the professional development system in Albemarle County Public Schools. The mission/vision of the coaching model is to promote a culture of collaborative, public, and reflective practice, and to support the continuous improvement of curriculum, assessment, and instruction by partnering with teachers to actualize professional goals. Overall, the job of the instructional coach is to work within a team of instructional coaches to build the capacity of teachers to meet the needs of all students through implementation of the Division's three levers: (1.) Framework for Quality Learning; (2.) Professional Learning Community; and (3.) Educator Performance Appraisal. The effective coach is seen as an equal partner with both novice and experienced teachers, spending the majority of the time collaborating around teaching practices (i.e., co-planning, modeling, observing, co-teaching, debriefing). Coaches facilitate job-embedded professional development alongside teachers to enhance understanding of curriculum, assessment, and instruction as informed by the Framework for Quality Learning. Overview:
Mastercard's Global Regulatory team is seeking a regulatory lawyer to focus on sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), and export controls as these dynamic and complex issues intersect with Mastercard's global operations. The successful candidate will enjoy working on multiple, fast-paced, and high-profile issues and will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with emerging trends in the relevant regulatory environment and the payments ecosystem, and sharp critical and strategic thinking skills. This role reports to the Senior Managing Counsel responsible for sanctions, AML, and export controls.
Essential responsibilities in this role include:
* Advise across the organization on issues principally relating to sanctions, AML, and export controls that impact Mastercard, including its subsidiaries, strategic initiatives, and potential commercial and philanthropic opportunities.
* Provide support to the Global Compliance team on sanctions, AML, and export controls, including specifically on regulatory filings such as Annual Blocked Property Reports, Rejected Transaction Reporting, and periodic disclosures to U.S. authorities as well as provide critical support for disclosures or ad-hoc issues (e.g., contracts, investigations, subpoena responses).
* Emphasis on advising about U.S. export control regulations for Mastercard technology deployments across strategic markets that includes supporting BIS license applications, classification reviews for Mastercard assets, and identification of license exceptions.
* Develop and provide global insights about regulatory developments and trends (e.g., proposed rule and interim rules from authorities, notable enforcement actions) about sanctions, AML, and export controls and prepare information for key constituents that may include Executive Management.
All About You:
The successful candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* JD from an established and reputable law school with 3-5 years of experience
* Strong understanding of Office of Foreign Assets Control's (OFAC) administration of sanctions programs; obligations arising under Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's (FinCEN) authority, and working knowledge of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security administration of export controls for technology and software.
* A working knowledge of U.K. and EU legal frameworks or regimes for sanctions, AML, and export controls is a plus.
* Track record of success in the above legal practice areas preferably from a government agency however experience from a law firm or a global payments company will be considered
* Proven success in navigating multi-national organizations and operating effectively within a diverse multicultural organization
* Must demonstrate a proactive, time sensitive, results driven approach in carrying out all duties, obligations and responsibilities
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience communicating with a diverse audience is a must
