What you'll do Design, develop, and implement a scalable and modular algorithmic trading framework for continuous algorithms, that interacts with the execution engine. Understand algorithmic trading architectures and order execution logic. Experience deploying real-time trading systems that run continuously. Work closely with analysts and traders who contribute to the framework and utilize it for decision-making. Maintain thorough documentation of model functionalities and interfaces. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and robustness. Ensure high-quality input data for models. Implement continuous monitoring processes to detect and address potential issues proactively. Drive initiatives for ongoing improvements in data quality and model performance alongside the team What you bring Have a master's degree or PhD in software engineering, computer science, physics, or another related programing or software development field. Have 3+ years' experience in quantitative modeling, statistical analysis and systematic, trading strategies or similar. Have strong programming proficiency, especially in Python. Have experience with modern software development practices required (e.g., unit testing, version control practices, regression testing, CI/CD) Have experience with building and maintenance of algorithmic trading frameworks preferred, including model development, back-testing, and execution strategies. Have proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper), with the ability to optimize queries and ensure data integrity.
