An Electrical Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders, including assigning tasks, assuring the work is being installed in a high-quality manner and performing quality inspections. Maintaining accurate as built drawings - As-built drawings are to be updated and logged onto master record contract drawings a minimum of once a week.

Lost/Stolen/Damage tool report.

Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation - Must follow the established procedures for responding and reporting accident and incidents. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of accident/incident.

Quality of work completed must follow:

Review and provide feedback on weekly installation quality scorecards as generated by QAQC service center to ensure systemic issues are addressed through formal root cause, corrective and preventive action.
Review ongoing quality issues identified in the daily Q.C. report with the crew to ensure mitigation/elimination of the nonconformities.
Ensure nonconformity tags identified on discrepant installation by site Q.C. representative is timely resolved.
Participate in QAQC Design Review of Engineering & Coordination drawings to identify constructability issues.
Participate and provide feedback on Quality portion of the daily ORM work briefing.

Summary

Project Execution & Supervision:
Supervise scaffold crews on active job sites during scaffold erection, modification, and dismantle.
Interpret scaffold drawings and work plans, ensuring crews follow specifications and schedules.
Coordinate with Field Managers, customers, and site superintendents to align tasks with overall project goals.
Lead the project kickoff with assigned crew to communicate scope, hazard plans, and execution timeline.

Traffic Signal Construction Foreman
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skilled and technical work in constructing, installing, and repairing traffic signal systems, highway lighting, and other transportation-related systems.
Supervision and Training of all subordinate employees assigned to the project.
Assist Superintendent with material ordering, scheduling, and utility locates.
Complete and turn in required personal and project paperwork.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Communications with customers and other contractors.
Follow requirements for utility locates and permits.
Fulfill the company tool list requirements.
Responsible for maintaining and renewing required certifications and licenses.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum five years combined experience as a Groundsman, Construction Technician I, and Construction Technician II. Some experience may be substituted with equivalent related construction or electrical experience.
Operates and performs basic field maintenance on all equipment including but not limited to; aerial lift/bucket trucks, trenchers, derrick/digger trucks, cranes, backhoes, trackhoes, air compressors, and concrete saw.
Operates Gas torches (cutting and brazing).
Proficient with basic and specialized hand tools and power tools.
Familiar with the MUTCD, NEC, CDOT & Local specifications & standards, Customer and Project specific specifications and standards.
Proficiently read plans and schematic diagrams.
Proficient with computer skills.
Proficient at programming and setting up controllers, conflict monitors / MMU's, video detection, and communications equipment.
Proficient at traffic signal wiring.
Efficiently supervise others, proficient problem solving, proper decision making.
Perform heavy physical work, often under adverse weather conditions.
Follow and transmit clear written and verbal instructions.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, and TRAINING:

Summary:
The Bridge Foreman manages the on-site performance of work and supervises and coordinates the crew of workers assigned to a particular job site. The foreman is primarily concerned with seeing that the workers under them do their job skillfully, safely and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plans the day-to-day operations on assigned projects and ensures that proper resources are in place for the timely completion of work, including labor, tools, equipment and material,
* Participates in the selection process of what crew members to bring on to a job site,
* Makes recommendations on the hiring, training, corrective action and termination of crew members,
* Communicates and coordinates with third-party inspectors, representatives, and others to accomplish operations,
* Takes responsibility for crew performance as it relates to company goals, safety audits, and following company polies and procedures,
* Pre-plans work activities with Superintendent to develop best means and methods, including safety action plans,
* Maintains a dedication to safety at all times that proper safety equipment is available and used by field personnel,
* Conducts daily briefing with crew to review production goals, performance feedback, safety, toolbox talks, and schedule, hazards, and to solicit feedback from the workers,
* Accountable for ensuring that the completed work meets quality standards,
* Coordinate and maintain work schedule/deadlines with project managers and other management personnel,
* Responsible for daily review and daily submittal of crew time sheets,
* Responsible for accurately reporting daily quantities for work performed, and if appropriate, comparing and harmonizing quantities with others,
* Initiates follow up action as necessary including training, orientation, discipline, etc.,
* Must wear proper attire at all times including: safety vests, safety glasses when appropriate, long pants, hard sole/close-toed shoes, and reflect a clean and presentable image,
* May be required to work extended hours including evenings, nights, and weekends,

Job Requirements:
