About the Role
The position is responsible for all activities at the construction site, including providing a safe and productive work environment, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects stays within budgetary limits set forth by the estimate.
Candidates must have verifiable work experience as a foreman, with additional construction experience required. Must understand schedules and be able to complete projects on time and on budget by tracking variances and cost projections. Foremen must have a proven track record supervising and coordinating all personnel including subcontractors and materials to prevent delays. Candidate selected must be highly motivated. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.
Essential Responsibilities:
Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and all subcontractors on construction projects. Acts as an adviser to the owner, design team, and all tradesmen associated with the project.
Determines work priorities, and coordinates work activities with all necessary parties to ensure that the project remains efficient and on schedule.
Oversees the terms and conditions of construction contracts.
Apportions work among employees and subcontractors according to project needs and coordinates work so that it maintains a smooth flow among the various trades.
Introduces new trades to the projects as the project requires them and collaborates with management of the various trades to ensure the work is carried out in a manner consistent with the project plans and specifications.
Provides a safe work environment through creating a culture of safety for the project and holding each individual on the project accountable for safe behavior. Regularly holds safety meetings and makes sure that the company's safety policies are being enforced.
Works as a liaison to the owner and coordinates plans and construction activities with the owner.
Sources material suppliers for consumables required to construct the project and estimates materials required for specific jobs. Orders materials and coordinates deliveries of materials to coincide with construction progress. Ensures that the materials for construction are on the project site as they are required and are stored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Coordinates materials staging are as between the various trades and monitors material deliveries.
Maintains inventory and control over the projects tools, materials, equipment, and security.
Writes and maintains a project's daily record in detail through daily reports. Communicates those reports to the office on a daily basis.
Holds, at minimum, weekly coordination meetings between all subcontractors who are currently on site and any that will be on site in the near future. Coordinates work flows, safety, environmental concerns, manpower requirements, materials requirements and overall schedule through these meetings.
Is responsible for the overall project schedule. Writes and maintains short term interval schedules for the use and review of all trades on the project. Included are all phases of work that are current and applicable. Maintains overall project schedule through implementation of the short term interval schedule.
Is responsible for quality control on the project: holds all works accountable for adherence to the project plans and specifications. Holds pre-installations meetings to review installation procedures for all major materials used and has a thorough understanding of the project specifications and industry standards for installation of all materials to be used. Pre-installation meetings include manufacturers representatives, required design team members, affect ed subcontractors, and if necessary the owners representative. Assures that the work adheres to the project plans, specifications, codes, and other governmental agencies requirements. Coordinates inspections and insures that testing is being performed per the contract documents.
Maintains project budget through management of all labor associated with the project. Tracks and monitors the labor force for productivity .
Manages company and rental equipment for maximum productivity and minimum cost.
Keeps accurate record of time for employees, accurately codes the time to the tasks completed and reports time to the office in a timely manner.
Coordinates and facilitates the closeout of the project. Is responsible to assure that all punch list items are completed in a timely manner and that the own er is satisfied with both the quality and timeliness of the project as it is completed.
Maintains a good relationship with the project manager and works as a team to complete the project.
Act as a mentor for subordinates and regularly reviews their performance and makes recommendations for improvements and wage adjustments.

Summary
The Tower Foreman is responsible for leading efforts in the erection, construction, and maintenance of communication tower sites. This role provides support to the Construction Manager and Project Manager in the supervision of all tower crew personnel and ensures OSHA requirements and company safety procedures are followed.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Key Responsibilities
Safety First - Put safety first and production second. Always.
On-site supervision of all tower site activities defined in the scope of work, both day and night.
Supervise and lead team members, setting clear expectations and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Lead work on the tower top, looking after all aspects of work while on the tower, ensuring that a safe and quality installation has been carried out, including rigging, hoisting, landing, fastening, load-hopping, etc.
Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, shooting proper azimuth within tolerances, reading maps and a compass, torquing to spec, labeling, picture-taking, documentation, plumb and tilt readings with smart level, etc. Assisting with integrating all closeout requirements.
Perform coax, fiber, line, and hybrid cable installations, connector installation, sweep and test assisting, weatherproofing, color-coding, labeling, etc. Connect coax feedlines and jumpers per piping diagrams and support and fasten adequately for a quality, lasting installation.
Complete grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting and antioxidant use, support of leads, cadwelding as required, etc.
Assist with overall tasks required to build and install a site per customer specs, complete daily Jobsite Hazard Assessment (JHA) forms, assist with overall crew work, maintenance of vehicles and equipment, etc.
Ensure a high level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld and mentor less experienced crew members in safety awareness. Must be able to lead safety meetings when required.
Ability to photograph work-related tasks as needed for close-out packages.
Assist in the coordination, preparation, and cleaning of job sites.
Help lead the efforts in the assembly of the monopole, self-support guyed towers and rooftops.
Assist in the antenna installation of microwave parabolic 1 to 15ft, VHF, UHF, cellular and FM broadcast antennas is required.
Lead the transmission line and installation.
Must be willing to continue to work towards training and certifications for tower-related work.
Responsible for tool inventory and daily upkeep of the job site.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
This job operates in a field environment. Must be in good physical condition with the ability to routinely bend, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift 50lbs or more, lift in awkward positions, stand, and twist for extended periods.
Must be able to climb and perform work at various heights, up to 500 feet, for long periods of time.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements set forth in ANSI Z359 for fall protection gear.
Must be able to pull his/her own body weight plus equipment weight up a vertical tower repeatedly for long periods of time.
Must be willing to travel out of market/state for up to several months at a time (90%).
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol testing and participate in the random testing program.

SUMMARY: The Site Supervisor will be an integral part of the operations of the facility. This person will be a point of contact for consumers and other staff members and will work closely with management to assure the operations of the facility are in compliance with all regulations and focused on the well-being and achievement of goals for the individuals served. The Site Supervisor will also be a mentor to new staff members and set an example for all staff at the facility. Due to the large number of staff and consumers at this site, this person needs to be able to address issues with confidence and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties include the following but is not considered an inclusive list:
Ensures voicemails checked daily.
Maintains communication log daily.
Serves as the point of contact for all staff and consumers on her shift. Consult with Service Coordinator to resolve issues or answer questions as needed.
Monitors all client medications to ensure that proper guidelines are followed, including documentation, ordering refills, checking meds in, and any other duties assigned by Coordinator or Nursing Department.
Assures medication cabinet is always stocked.
Assists with coordinating medical appointments.
Follows all financial procedures for client checking accounts/shopping. Assists Service Coordinator with distributing checks, collecting receipts, and collecting check requests when applicable.
Provides transportation for clients when needed.
Assists clients with their goals/daily living.
Assists in monitoring emergency drills to assure that all drills are completed, recorded, submitted, and filed correctly. This includes working with team members on other shifts.
Assists in all paperwork for facility vehicles.
Attends staff meetings as scheduled.
Serves as a mentor to new staff and provides leadership for all facility staff and consumers.
Assures waiver staff and other residential staff are adhering to schedules and following procedures. Reports any discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
Adheres to all FCC and DHS incident reporting policies.
Assists Case Manager with filing.
Assists with finding fill-in and keeping overtime to a minimum.
Inspects all apartments at least weekly and provides guidance and oversight for waiver staff and consumers to assure cleanliness.
Conducts monthly HUD/Safety Inspections.
Assists Service Coordinator with monthly health and safety inspections.
Attends all required training.
Records refrigerator/freezer temperature logs.
Assists with collecting/organizing various forms of documentation as needed.
Assists with cleaning and maintaining facility grounds.
Assists with making sure bulletin board and CARF binders are in compliance with CARF standards.
Completes various forms of documentation including BIRs, progress notes, van paperwork, cleaning checklists, and others as needed.
Assist in dealing with behaviors as needed and assures all other staff are following the Positive Behavior Support Plan. May also provide hands on training of Positive Behavior Support Plan.
Assists with coordination of holiday schedules.
Assures medications are checked in/out per FCC policy anytime a consumer is on leave.
May assist in auditing timecards/progress notes as needed to assure correct schedules are being worked and goals are being addressed.
Serves as Driver for participant day trips to various state locations. Driving may be required on as much as a daily basis. Required to undergo periodic driving test and demonstrate proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, including passenger vans. Employee may also be required to drive his/her own personal vehicle at times and maintain adequate liability coverage on any personal vehicle used to transport participants.
