Documentation (20%) - Construction Field Technicians III / Foreman are responsible to log all installation, test, close out and inspection results. The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for reporting the crew hours for employees assigned on their crew.
Quality (20%) As the last representative on-site, the Construction Field Technician III / Foreman is responsible to assist in escalating all QA deficiencies to the Construction Field Manager or clearing the issue.
Fault and Discrepancy Reporting (10%) The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for managing the contents of an assigned commissioning kit for the issuance of fault and/or discrepancy reports to document kit churn. The OBR Service Foreman will supervise the service of cooling towers, preventative maintenance, and cooling tower repairs, ensuring that each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to OBR quality standards.
