Establish personnel rules and expectations and arrange facilities for breaks.
Responsible with all team members for assuring that project is kept within budget and on time. Understand and know how to read variance reports to manage project budget.
Maintain a clean, orderly and organized work site.
Coordinate installation with other tradesmen, the General Contractor and the client.
Participate in hands on completion of piping and sheet metal assignments whenever possible.
Maintain current understanding and knowledge of building codes and regulation governing inspections and construction practices. Coordinate inspections.
Coordinate, schedule and manage system and equipment start-up with internal and external clients.
Develop final turnover package for client and their maintenance staff including training where necessary. Keep and maintain updated as-builts

Qualifications

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Cupertino Electric is seeking a seasoned and highly capable IBEW Traveling General Foreman to oversee the management and coordination of large-scale electrical construction projects. The Traveling General Foreman is responsible for managing multiple foremen, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, driving productivity, and ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time and within budget. **ABOUT YOU**
You have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local building codes. Your strong leadership and management skills enable you to supervise multiple teams across various job sites. You possess a proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You can read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications. With excellent communication skills, you effectively coordinate between field crews, management, and clients. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Summary:
The Vegetation Stewardship Assistant Crew Lead is part of a team that conducts on-the-ground vegetation management and maintenance on City managed Open Space and Mountain Parks lands. This role focuses on the day-to-day operations related to working on invasive species management on natural lands in order to restore ecosystem function and health. The assistant crew lead helps set daily workplans and communication them to crew members. The position will manage projects while being a part of the field team daily. Proficiencies include but are not limited to regular operation of a variety of tools and equipment including backpack sprayers, weed whips, chainsaws, tractors, UTVs, trucks, and trailers. The ACL is expected to perform vegetation management operations and associated tasks under minimal supervision from the Crew Lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Invasive Species and Noxious Weed Management/Restoration Practices
Carry out a variety of management prescriptions, including herbicide applications, weed whipping, and hand-pulling/digging to advance long-term program objectives.
Maintain detailed records of daily management prescriptions for database input and permitting/recording-keeping requirements.
Conduct noxious weed mapping.
Perform native species seed collections and plantings.
Crew and Project Facilitation
Assist to facilitate the work of Vegetation Management crew members, as well as other OSMP work groups and volunteer groups such as the Junior Rangers, in the field.
Assist in planning and coordinating numerous ongoing weed management projects. Develop work schedule, site management plans, and conduct follow-up visits to ensure goals have been achieved.
Collect and maintain weed management records, including treatment and weed occurrence data, and ensure its quality. Create maps and reports to support program goals.
Train seasonal staff in various vegetation management techniques, including proper herbicide mixing and application.
Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure safety measures are followed in the field.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative team-orientated work environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to assist the Vegetation Crew Lead in providing work leadership and training to crew members and other work crews in essential skills necessary to carry out Vegetation Stewardship program objectives safely and effectively.
Ability to stay engaged and motivate others with the task at hand while setting a consistent pace of work for up to 10 hours at a time, especially when tasks are repetitive and physical in nature.
Ability to obtain a Qualified Supervisor Pesticide Applicator License in the appropriate categories through the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture.
