ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes work to get the most productivity out of the crew by instructing employees where to go, what to do, and what equipment and/or materials will be needed.
Participates in pre-project and pre-task planning activities (reviews plans, subgrade, drainage, fine grading, compaction, paving, etc.) and then relays planning details to field crew.
Checks plants and orders correct amount of materials daily for asphalt patching. Coordinates with Operations Assistant to order correct amount of materials needed for concrete patching.
Supervises, oversees and trains crew to ensure work is performed properly and to AA's highest quality standards. Checks all work for quality periodically throughout the project and at the end of the job.
Performs all aspects of the job, including general laboring and operating equipment; makes it a priority to train others in all aspects of the job.
Solves problems as they arise and contacts Superintendent for assistance if unable to resolve the problem.
Completes all related electronic paperwork via Field Services/Dynamics and Workforce Go (HCMtoGo), correctly and on time.
Ensures compliance and personally follows all safety rules and regulations (including flagging, truck and equipment operations, etc.) and practices preventative safety measures; wears required PPE.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Class A CDL preferred with a good driving record.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines with one year of experience working on an asphalt and/or concrete crew.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude in math.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Essential Functions:
Hardware Installation Management (40%) - Lead and manage multiple crews of three or four field technicians that will be installing, erecting, maintaining, repairing, removing, or retrofit towers and rooftop antenna systems. Will also perform third party inspections.
Hardware Commissioning (10%) - Commission (test) hardware in accordance with the prevailing contractual share of the responsibility, specifications and quality requirements and document progress in the applicable Site Folder.
Documentation (20%) - Construction Field Technicians III / Foreman are responsible to log all installation, test, close out and inspection results. The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for reporting the crew hours for employees assigned on their crew.
Quality (20%) As the last representative on-site, the Construction Field Technician III / Foreman is responsible to assist in escalating all QA deficiencies to the Construction Field Manager or clearing the issue.
Fault and Discrepancy Reporting (10%) The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for managing the contents of an assigned commissioning kit for the issuance of fault and/or discrepancy reports to document kit churn. Position Overview:

These experienced professionals will perform structural concrete repair work such as breaking out, removing, and replacing concrete on roadways, ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday form 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
* Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
* Demolish and remove existing concrete structures as required.
* Remove lagging and shoring systems in sewer tunnels and other excavation areas.
* Backfill utility cuts in streets and sidewalks; prepare subgrade surfaces for concrete placement.
* Establish line and grade for projects; perform rough and final grading.
* Construct and install forms; place reinforcing steel and concrete for foundations, retaining walls, stairs, sidewalks, driveways, and curbs. Tasks include measuring, layout, cutting, joining, and assembling wooden forms.
* Calculate and procure necessary materials and supplies for assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
