What You'll Do Lead and support Pre-School/Youth sports and activity programs while supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and creating a safe, engaging environment for kids and families. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee youth sports and PODS programs, including lesson plans and daily activities Supervise, coach, and support seasonal staff; step in as needed to keep programs running smoothly Coordinate equipment, rosters, attendance, schedules, and weekly summaries Ensure participant safety, enforce rules, and handle day-to-day staff or parent concerns Conduct staff training, meetings, evaluations, and end-of-program reports Supervisory Responsibilities Provides routine supervision for up to 20 Pre-School/Youth Leaders and staff, overseeing instruction, program delivery, and on-site operations.
