What You'll Do:
Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time depending on project location.

Work in conjunction with the OSP Superintendents schedule, directives, and request.
Ensure eTime entries are performed daily in conjunction with DL policy to ensure accurate time keeping of Technicians hours.

Supports both new deployment and live site/production requests,
Support team to engage with new technology, manufacturers, software with help of project management.
Ensure safety standards/certifications are met during and after the completion of install

Must have prior experience five (5) plus years preferred) in the installation of OSP infrastructure (Maxcell, Innerduct, Microduct, Fiber cable, Microcable and associated equipment).

**Job Summary**
The OHE Foreman leads the crew to complete daily tasks related to the placement of overhead electrical cables to meet customer needs, ensuring crew safety, keeping track of employee hours, completing daily & weekly safety briefings/inspections, and calls in project utility locations. This position oversees the Line team and works with other personnel from various departments.

Position Responsibilities
Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.

Here's What We're Looking For
Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for plumbing contractor.
An active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising mining, production, and maintenance at two sand and gravel sites.
• Overseeing day-to-day execution and implementation of zero-harm safety program.
• Planning and scheduling production resources to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mining, material handling, and maintenance.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills. Able to read and create work instructions, email, and memos.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to create and be efficient with Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently, and train others.
• Ability to keep time and material records.
