Site Inspections: Conduct daily, meticulous inspections of the project site to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of all phases. Resource Procurement: Proactively manage on-time requisitions of materials and resources to eliminate downtime and maintain project momentum. Quality Assurance: Set the bar for craftsmanship by ensuring all subcontractor outputs meet or exceed the client's high-quality standards. Candidate Requirements Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a verifiable track record in supervisory roles.
