Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Understands how to safely utilize job specific equipment such as forklift, aerial lift, and small tools. Directly communicates requests with logistics teams for all equipment and consumable needs.
Works directly with host customers to understand and implement LOTO and line break procedures to gain daily work permits at the beginning of each shift.
Responsible for daily/weekly reports, i.e. time sheets, toolbox talks, daily reports.
Determines work priorities and coordinates work activities on assigned project; apportions work among employees according to abilities or specialized training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in a related industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific processes, procedures, and regulations.
Must have a valid Driver's license and pass DOT requirements.
Experience with loading and hauling tool/material trailers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
