Job Description
This role supports the Electric division by leading on-site crews, managing job site execution, and serving as the single point of contact for assigned construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, safety efforts, and customer expectations while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Success in this role means delivering high-quality installations while mentoring team members and driving job site performance-all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You'll Do
You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings
Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule
Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours
Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards
Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics
Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety Compliance

Conduct timely JHAs, safety inspections and observations, or near miss incident reports and communicate that safety is a top priority to all team members
Technical Expertise
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes and standards and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Utilize technology (Procore, BIM, Rivet, Remarcable, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate project records
Planning and Scheduling
Participate in project meetings and effectively plan and schedule resources to finish projects on time

Monitor production/progress and adjust plans as needed to control costs and meet timelines
