Crew Leaders travel nationally and work under the supervision of our Project Management Team typically leading teams of 4 to 6 members. Foremen and their teams will have the opportunity to work significant overtime hours as projects permit, typically our teams work 1,000+ overtime hours per year. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $31 - $41/hour.
