What You'll Do
Oversee crews and perform project tasks as assigned to ensure projects are completed according to safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements
Determine and communicate personnel, equipment, and supply needs to the Managers within the Civil Group
Oversee and perform job duties such as moving and unloading trucks, operating heavy machinery (excavator, dozer, etc.), cleaning equipment, general and skilled labor, and other duties as needed
Read and scale drawings to accurately determine grade and layout by using current technology and industry best-practices
Prepare required paperwork and documentation such as daily production reports, receipts, job pictures, etc. to ensure accurate record keeping, billing, and inventory
Ensure that company tools, equipment, and vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and kept in a professional and workman-like manner
Assist, coach, train, and guide other field personnel as needed

This role supports the Energy division by leading concrete flatwork and pad installations that meet project and customer specifications. You'll be responsible for coordinating material needs, interpreting prints, and directing a small crew to safely and accurately complete high-quality concrete work. What You'll Do

Lay out work and assign daily tasks to drive installation efficiency
Perform concrete flatwork, including preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
Ensure all concrete placed meets PSI break test standards
