Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installation tasks
Lead by example through strong work ethic, professionalism, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards
Guide crew members by demonstrating techniques, offering direction, and helping newer team members learn
Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively, including excavation tools and installation machinery
Ensure jobsite readiness through layout assistance, material staging, equipment checks, and site cleanup
Communicate project needs clearly with the Foreman and team to keep installations on schedule
Troubleshoot onsite challenges and assist in finding practical, timely solutions
Promote a positive team environment built on collaboration, respect, and accountability
Qualifications:
Construction or installation experience required; pool installation experience is a plus
Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks
Basic equipment operation skills with openness to training on specialized tools
Strong communication habits and a team? Oriented mindset
Reliable, punctual, and safety? Focused approach to work
