Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site.
Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of antenna systems using technical expertise and knowledge of blueprints and diagrams.
Communicating with CMs and PMS any information pertinent to the site/job.
Testing and Troubleshooting equipment and installations. Repair or Replace Faulty Equipment.
Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to work in a team-focused work environment. You must be able to work well in coordination with a crew.
Ability to perform tasks of Tower Tech I, Tower Tech II, and Tower Tech III as needed to lead by example and facilitate timely job completion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Copies of industry certifications (certs NWSA, (OSHA 10 and/or 30, Advanced Climber Competent Rescue, Advanced Rigging, First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens Radio Frequency Awareness)

Job Description:
We are a leading union commercial drywall contractor operating throughout the Chicago metro area. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to oversee and manage on-site crews, ensure project schedules are met, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is a full-time, union position offering competitive wages and full benefits as outlined in the local collective bargaining agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate drywall installation crews on commercial job sites
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Order materials, track inventory, and manage deliveries
Enforce job site safety protocols and union guidelines
Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain site documentation
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide hands-on support when needed
Maintain quality control throughout the duration of the project
Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drywall installation
Prior supervisory or foreman experience required
Strong understanding of commercial construction blueprints and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities

Own the outcome: take full responsibility for jobsite quality, safety, efficiency, and crew performance

Manage project flow: interpret blueprints, track budgets, and stage materials efficiently to stay on schedule and under hours
Operate equipment safely and teach others to do the same
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality installation
Requirements:
Required Skills
?? 3+ years of landscape construction experience
?? Proven leadership ability and a passion for training others
?? Comfort with jobsite tools, heavy equipment, and reading landscape blueprints
?? Physically fit and able to work up to 12-hour days in all weather
?? Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
?? Strong communication skills - bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
?? An eye for detail and the drive to do things right the first time

**What you'll do**

**What you'll need**

+ Previous Foreman experience preferred
