Job Description: Low Voltage Cabling Foreman - Data Center Fit-Out The Low Voltage Cabling Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing all structured cabling and low-voltage installation activities during a data center fit-out project. This includes supervising field technicians, organizing daily work schedules, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing inventory and equipment staging, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Lead a team of low-voltage technicians performing copper and fiber installations, terminations, testing, and data center build-outs. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the crew adheres to project schedules and installation standards. Manage material forecasts and communicate shortages or procurement needs to the Project Manager or warehouse team. Supervise staging of racks, patch panels, cabinets, pre-terminated assemblies, and equipment prior to installation. Ensure tools, lifts, testers, and equipment are maintained and accounted for. Coordination with Other Trades & Stakeholders Work closely with project managers, general contractors, electricians, HVAC teams, and network engineers to align installation sequences and resolve conflicts. Participate in coordination meetings, site walks, and client updates. Maintain professional communication and represent the low-voltage team on-site. Safety & Compliance Enforce all jobsite safety rules, OSHA regulations, data center access protocols, and PPE requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES * Selects type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to job specifications. * Inspects worksite to determine presence of obstructions. * Plans sequence on installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other workers. * Cuts pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutter, hammer and chisel, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine. * Threads pipe using threading machine. * Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machine. * Mounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceiling to hold pipe. * Assembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded caulked, soldering, brazen, fused, or cemented joints, and hand tools. * Secures pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools. * Installs and maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, pumps, meter, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and piping, * Test piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks. * Welds pipe supports to structural steel members. * May observe production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions. May operate machinery to verify repair. * Loads, transports and unloads material, tools, equipment and supplies. * May assist in lifting, positioning and securing of material and work pieces during installation. * Performs minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipment. * Respiratory protection is common and may be required. * Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. The Onsite Collection Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all team members are consistently and accurately following all required collection procedures. The Onsite Collection Supervisor reports to Field Operations Director and is a critical addition to the team. We are looking for a Full Time Female Collection Site Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX. Essential Functions: Conduct interviews for potential candidates for open positions Conduct training or retraining as needed Conduct regular employee check-ins to reaffirm expectations and confirm SOP compliance Conduct daily audits of collection team and document the audits on the appropriate Cordant audit forms Lead and supervise the onsite collection team and resolve any conflicts Gather inventory information and place supply orders for the LCS team Manage employee scheduling and coverage needs Build professional rapport with client staff Other duties or tasks may be assigned periodically by immediate supervisor Additional Duties: Serve as the primary escalation point for LCS when operational challenges arise Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens to laboratory Maintain organization in the collection of all specimens Ensure LCS are operating in line with internal protocols, safety standards, and chain of custody requirements Assemble samples for shipping File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and associated paperwork Interact with patients and clients in a professional manner while performing collections Ensure accurate entry of demographic information Use corporate email account for all communication related to client questions, business matters, supervisors, and Cordant Health Solutions Staff.
