Position Overview
As a Pipefitter Lead, you'll be a hands-on leader, guiding a crew to deliver exceptional work in pipefitting and related trades. Your expertise will set the standard for quality and efficiency, as you actively work alongside your team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor: Communicate instructions clearly, assign tasks, and work alongside your crew to set the pace and demonstrate proper techniques.
Resource Management: Ensure plans, blueprints, materials, and tools are available and organized for efficient workflow.
Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly by obtaining decisions from supervisors and providing guidance to team members.
Quality Assurance: Monitor work progress and verify compliance with specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.
Safety Leadership: Enforce safety and housekeeping rules at all times.
Reporting: Provide updates to superintendents and project managers on progress, delays, and operational challenges.
What You'll Bring

This role involves supervising a variety of service lines, including basic landscape maintenance, installation, and supportive services such as irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
+ Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager
+ Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
+ Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
+ Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
+ Deliver services as specified on client sites

As a Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in:

Qualifications
2+ years previous traffic control experience or lead experience
Valid driver's license required.

Experience driving.
