Conduct and/or contribute and participate in safety meetings and ensure daily safety talks are held with crew(s). Ensure timely and accurate submission of required paperwork. Maintain control and appropriate follow-through of crews. Provide coaching and mentoring crew members for advancement. Provide fair and consistent reward and discipline. Complete Performance Reviews timely and provide honest feedback in areas of excellence as well as in areas needing improvement.
