Your Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Project Superintendent, you will:
Lead and support multiple crews on active job sites
Oversee several projects at once and maintain productive workflow
Read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints and specifications

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Promote safety and enforce company safety practices
Assist with hiring and training field employees
Set the pace in the field and uphold high-quality workmanship

1. 4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
6. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.

Sealcoat Experience : Clean, prep, trim, and apply liquid seal coat and crack seal on pavement surfaces.
Operate line striping equipment and various tools for parking lot layout and striping.
