Job Description SBR Underground in Omaha, NE is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time General Laborer. Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7am to 5pm with some overtime and weekends. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers. Identifies, verifies and reports any scheduling conflicts, needs, or deficiencies with other crews and subcontractors to the appropriate persons. The Foreman directs the site crew according to the project time line and provides the necessary training on proper safety and operational procedures.
