* Maintains a clean and safe workplace using general maintenance hand tools of all types including vacuums, floor scrubbing and polishing equipment, snow removal equipment, leaf blowers, shrub and hedge trimmers, painting tools of all types, and carpentry tools
* Develop maintenance agreements, procedures, MOPs, and perform inspections and audits related to site services
* Keep current all necessary licenses, permits and certifications required by QTS procedures
* Will be able to supervise with confidentiality and discretion that will foster a positive environment that carries out local and corporate objectives
* Supervises, trains, develops, mentors and coaches Logistics and Site Services Technicians.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
* GED, High School Diploma, Trade School, Military or equivalency
* Five or more years of experience working in data centers or equivalent
* Successful supervision of Facilities team with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with growth potential
* Proficient using MS Office Suite
