Essential Functions Crew Leadership & Supervision * Lead siding installation crews on commercial job sites. * Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is performed correctly and efficiently. * Train and mentor crew members in proper siding installation techniques and safe work practices. * Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment. Work Planning & Execution * Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevation details, wall sections, and exterior finish schedules. * Perform layout and install siding systems including panels, lap siding, trim, flashing, vapor barriers, and related accessories. * Ensure installation meets manufacturer specifications, quality expectations, and local building codes. * Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities and quality. * Operate and oversee use of lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment safely. Safety Management * Enforce company and OSHA safety standards at all times. * Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain required documentation. * Ensure proper use of PPE and safe jobsite housekeeping.
