Job Description
On-site Labor Foreman (Industrial Fence & Gates)
Wage Rate: $48.33-51.33/hour, + performance-based bonuses. Higher wages are available based on location. Hours range from 40 to 60, depending on owner schedule. Weekends are not mandatory and uncommon.

Duties: Coordinate a crew to install high security fencing & gate systems. Perform pre-dig inspections for underground utilities and be highly aware of all hazards above and below ground in substations. Perform all layout for posts and grades. Install foundations and posts to grade. Complete framing and panels/chain link. Install gates. Install stone along fence lines as needed. Read & interpret plans and shop drawings. Office support will always be available to the foreman for assistance. Most importantly, maintain safe practices amongst all crew members. Typical equipment used: Skid steers, telehandler, excavator, hydrovac trucks & man lifts. This individual will be working in live substations near energized equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience
Minimum of 3 years related experience as a foreman for industrial fencing
Union Member (or willingness to become union)
Minimum of 3 years working in and around live substations
Ability to use computers and phones for timesheets and other reports

What You'll Do
Lead and manage field crews to install HVAC and plumbing systems per plans and specs
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and markups provided through Bluebeam
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure material and labor needs are met
Perform layout, pipefitting, duct installation, and system connections as needed
Ensure the crew maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Track daily progress and report updates and issues to the Project Manager
Verify quality of work and adherence to Supreme's field standards
Conduct site safety checks and enforce compliance with all safety protocols
Manage material inventory and request supplies for upcoming phases of work
Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
Identify and resolve field issues proactively, escalating when necessary
Represent Supreme HVAC with professionalism when interacting with clients and other trades
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing installation, with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role
Deep understanding of commercial/industrial mechanical systems including Hydronics, Process Piping, and Med Gas
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Strong understanding of job site logistics, sequencing, and workflow
Proficiency with layout tools, field measurements, and basic fabrication
Experience with Bluebeam and familiarity with digital plan markups
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The Site Installation Supervisor II is a self-managing, high-energy individual who is responsible for mechanical and general installation activities on-site for BEUMER system projects as assigned. Leadership and Teamwork
Promote safe and reliable construction and maintenance activities consistent with BEUMER objectives and policies. Must be in full compliance with existing and relevant emerging codes and regulations.

This is a full-time position (40 hours). Workdays are Monday through Friday, work times are dependent on department, projects, and supervisor's request and approval. Off-hours work is occasionally required to adhere to site restrictions and project schedule.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
